Brian Wojcik’s 1995 Chevy OBS Project
“BIG PAPA”

This 1995 Chevrolet OBS Single Cab Short Bed was built by Scott’s Hotrods for customer Brian Wojcik with one goal in mind: transform the classic OBS pickup into a low, aggressive and highly capable custom truck while maintaining the clean lines that made the 1988–1998 Chevy trucks so iconic.

At the foundation of the build is a complete Scott’s Hotrods custom coilover chassis, engineered specifically for the truck and designed to position the body approximately 4 inches off the ground. The chassis combines Scott’s proprietary IFS, Equal-Length Parallel 4-Bar rear suspension, RideTech coilovers, front and rear torsion spline sway bars, rack-and-pinion steering and massive Wilwood disc brakes.

Built by Scott’s Hotrods

This 1995 Chevrolet OBS is a great example of what happens when classic truck styling is combined with a completely modern foundation. From the custom Scott’s coilover chassis and suspension to the Wilwood brakes, Moser rear end, custom stainless exhaust and carefully selected components throughout the build, every system was designed to work together as a complete package.

The finished truck retains the unmistakable appearance of a OBS Single Cab Short Bed, but underneath is a completely different machine—lower, stronger and engineered around modern handling, braking and performance.
