Why Choose a Scott’s Hotrods
1964-1965 Ford Falcon Chassis?
Transform your 1964-1965 Ford Falcon into a true modern performance car with a Scott’s Hotrods built-to-order Falcon chassis. Engineered specifically for the classic Ford Falcon, every chassis is designed around your vehicle, drivetrain, wheel and tire combination, track width, desired ride height and intended use. Whether you’re building a comfortable weekend cruiser, modern restomod, aggressive Pro Touring Falcon, high-horsepower street machine or a frame-laying custom, Scott’s gives your Falcon the strength, handling, ride quality and stance of a modern performance vehicle.
Every Scott’s 1964-1965 Ford Falcon Chassis features our proprietary Independent Front Suspension (IFS), heavy-duty Tubular Upper & Lower A-Arms, rack & pinion steering, equal-length Parallel 4-Bar rear suspension and a Moser Ford 9-inch rear end. Choose premium Coilovers for responsive handling and everyday drivability or step up to our SuperSlam Airbag Chassis for an ultra-low stance with adjustable ride height. Every chassis is built-to-order, 100% TIG welded and manufactured specifically for your Falcon at our facility in Knoxville, Tennessee.
This isn’t a universal chassis modified to fit a Falcon. Scott’s engineers a complete performance chassis specifically for the 1964 and 1965 Ford Falcon, replacing the limitations of the original unibody suspension architecture with a rigid, modern foundation capable of supporting everything from traditional Ford small-block power to a modern 5.0L Coyote swap or high-horsepower performance drivetrain. When you want your classic Falcon to do more than just look good, build it on a chassis engineered to perform.
Built for Coyote Swaps, Small-Block Fords
& Serious Horsepower
Planning a Coyote-swapped 1964-1965 Ford Falcon? Keeping it traditional with a small-block Ford or Windsor? Building something completely different? Scott’s Hotrods engineers your Falcon chassis around the drivetrain you actually plan to use. From classic Ford V8 combinations to modern 5.0L Coyote engines, FE big-blocks and high-horsepower performance drivetrains, proper engine and transmission placement is considered during the chassis design process—not figured out after your chassis arrives.
Our built-to-order approach allows us to account for engine placement, transmission fitment, steering clearance, suspension geometry, exhaust routing, wheel and tire clearance and desired ride height from the beginning. Whether you’re building a lightweight street cruiser or an all-out Pro Touring Falcon, your drivetrain and chassis are engineered to work together as a complete package.

How Does a Full Chassis Fit Under a Unibody
1964-1965 Ford Falcon?
The 1964-1965 Ford Falcon was originally built as a unibody vehicle, meaning it does not have a traditional full-length frame underneath the body. Instead, the factory floor structure, front frame rails, rear rails and body work together as the structural foundation of the car. Installing a Scott’s Hotrods full Falcon chassis changes that completely by giving the vehicle a true, rigid frame running from front to rear.
To install the Scott’s chassis, the Falcon’s original floor must be modified to provide clearance for the new full-length frame rails. Our chassis rails are positioned just inside the factory rocker panels, allowing the Falcon body to sit properly over the new chassis while creating a strong structural foundation beneath the car. This is not a simple bolt-in subframe connector or suspension upgrade—it is a true full-frame conversion that requires fabrication and floor modification during installation.
Once completed, the Falcon is no longer relying solely on its original unibody structure to support the suspension and drivetrain. The Scott’s chassis provides a rigid foundation for our Independent Front Suspension (IFS), rack & pinion steering, equal-length Parallel 4-Bar rear suspension, Moser Ford 9-inch rear end, engine and transmission mounts, and your choice of Coilover or SuperSlam Airbag suspension. This is especially beneficial for high-horsepower, Coyote-swapped, Pro Touring and serious restomod Falcons, where increased chassis rigidity, properly engineered suspension geometry and the ability to put modern horsepower to the pavement become increasingly important.
The result is the unmistakable style and lightweight character of a 1964 or 1965 Ford Falcon sitting on a completely modern, purpose-built performance chassis. Whether you’re building a traditional small-block Ford cruiser, Coyote-swapped Falcon, aggressive Pro Touring machine or frame-laying custom, a Scott’s Hotrods full chassis gives your classic Falcon the strength, handling, adjustability and modern performance that simply cannot be achieved with the original unibody suspension alone.

A qualified professional mechanic or fabricator with the technical understanding of product function and installation procedures must install all Scott’s Hotrods products.
All Unibodied cars will require some floor modification to fit any type of full frame. Most of the time you are already going to have to modify your Transmission Tunnel to fit your new modern drivetrain. The chassis frame rails will run the perimeter just inside of your rocker panel. You can cut a slot in the floor to allow the frame rails to slide up and then you will just have to shape some metal to fill it back in.
We stand behind ALL of the parts we manufacture. Other parts that we do not manufacture such as brakes, steering racks, ball joints, brake flex lines, power steering lines, etc carry their own manufacturers warranties. We are not responsible for these items outside of their original warranty.
All of Scott’s Hotrods manufactured parts are guaranteed to be free of defects in materials & workmanship for the lifetime of the part. Scott’s Hotrods warranty is non-transferable.

Scott’s Hotrods SuperSlam 1964-1965 Ford Falcon Chassis is engineered from the ground up for builders who want an ultra-low, rocker-laying stance without sacrificing suspension geometry, ride quality or drivability. Unlike a Coilover chassis that has simply been converted to airbags, the SuperSlam chassis is designed specifically around air suspension from the beginning, utilizing Slam Specialties airbags paired with RideTech shocks to provide maximum suspension travel and a dramatic aired-out stance.
Whether you’re building a bagged Ford Falcon, Coyote-powered restomod, Pro Touring build or one-of-a-kind show car, the SuperSlam chassis combines Scott’s proprietary Independent Front Suspension, rack & pinion steering, equal-length Parallel 4-Bar rear suspension and Moser Ford 9-inch rear end with a fully engineered air suspension system. Air it down for the show-stopping stance, raise it to your proper driving height and hit the road with the handling and ride quality expected from a Scott’s Hotrods chassis. Low enough to lay rocker. Engineered to actually drive.
Give Your 1964-1965 Ford Falcon
a Modern Performance Foundation
The 1964-1965 Ford Falcon may have started life as a lightweight unibody classic, but with a Scott’s Hotrods full chassis underneath it, your Falcon can be transformed into an entirely different machine. Our built-to-order Falcon chassis replaces outdated factory suspension architecture with a rigid modern foundation featuring true Independent Front Suspension, rack & pinion steering, equal-length Parallel 4-Bar rear suspension, Moser Ford 9-inch rear end and your choice of Coilover or SuperSlam Airbag suspension. The result is a classic Falcon engineered to steer sharper, handle harder, ride better and confidently put modern horsepower to the pavement.
Every Scott’s 1964-1965 Ford Falcon Chassis is engineered around your specific vehicle, drivetrain, stance and performance goals. From a traditional small-block Ford-powered street cruiser and a modern Coyote-swapped Falcon restomod to an aggressive Pro Touring build or frame-laying SuperSlam custom, every chassis is manufactured from raw materials using heavy-duty DOM tubing, mandrel-bent frame rails, precision CNC-machined components and 100% TIG-welded construction in Knoxville, Tennessee. You keep the unmistakable style and character of the classic Ford Falcon—we give it the modern foundation to drive, handle and perform like it never could from the factory.
