Each set is 3D CNC machined in-house from solid 6061-T6 billet aluminum at Scott’s Hotrods in Knoxville, Tennessee. Designed to work with the factory GM ignition coils, the covers feature dedicated exits for the spark plug wires and include installation hardware and a custom oil-fill cap. 3D CNC Machined From Solid 6061-T6 Aluminum

Scott’s doesn’t start with a cast valve cover and machine a few details into the surface. Each set of LT Valve ‘n Coil Covers is machined from solid 6061-T6 billet aluminum, allowing Scott’s to create the dimensional surfaces, crisp edges and precision details that give these covers their distinctive appearance.

Every set is machined in-house using Scott’s CNC equipment in Knoxville, Tennessee, giving us direct control over machining quality, fit and finish. The result is a substantial billet component designed for high-end custom vehicles where the engine compartment receives the same attention to detail as the exterior, interior and chassis.

Scott’s LT Valve ‘n Coil Covers are engineered to work with the factory ignition coils, allowing the coils to remain hidden beneath the billet covers rather than requiring an external coil relocation solely for appearance. The design also conceals the factory wiring while providing dedicated ports for the spark plug wires to exit cleanly toward the cylinder heads.

Two-Piece Billet Design

The Scott’s two-piece Valve ‘n Coil Cover design combines the functional valve-cover assembly with a removable upper coil cover, creating a clean finished appearance while allowing access to the ignition components beneath it.

The upper covers also provide the ideal surface for Scott’s signature medallion or custom CNC-machined graphics, names and logos, giving builders the opportunity to personalize the engine without compromising the functionality of the valve-cover assembly.

Raw Machined or Black CERAKOTE® Finish

Choose the finish that best complements your engine compartment. The Raw Machined finish showcases the natural billet aluminum and CNC machining, making it ideal for builds featuring other raw, polished or machined aluminum components.

For a darker, more aggressive appearance, Scott’s also offers a Black CERAKOTE® finish, creating a strong contrast against the machined details and other engine components.
