Scott’s Hotrods CNC Billet Aluminum AC Bulkheads provide a clean, professional transition point for routing A/C and heater lines through the firewall of your hot rod, custom car, classic truck or restomod.

CNC machined in-house from 6061 billet aluminum, each bulkhead features Scott’s distinctive 3-step face design for a finished appearance that looks right at home in a high-end engine compartment.

2-Port & 4-Port AC Bulkhead Options

Scott’s Billet AC Bulkheads are available in 2-port and 4-port configurations to accommodate a variety of custom A/C and heater hose layouts.

Available fitting sizes include -6, -8 and -10 AN, allowing you to configure your bulkhead around the requirements of your particular HVAC system. The current standard 4-port configuration is -6, -10, -10 and -10 AN.
