Classic C10 Styling — Reimagined in CNC-Machined Billet Aluminum

The 1967-1968 Chevy C10 grille is one of the most recognizable designs of the C10 era, and Scott’s Hotrods wasn’t interested in replacing that classic styling with something that looks completely aftermarket. Instead, we took the iconic original design and recreated it as a premium, precision-machined component worthy of a high-end custom truck.

Scott’s Hotrods 1967-1968 C10 CNC Billet Grille Inserts and Headlight Bezels are machined from solid 6061 billet aluminum to provide exceptional detail, strength and fit while retaining the unmistakable appearance that makes the original ’67-’68 Chevy truck front end so desirable.

Whether you’re building a Pro Touring C10, restomod, slammed custom or show-quality pickup, this grille package gives the front of your truck a completely custom appearance without losing the character that made the original design iconic.

Purpose-Built for the ’67-’68 Chevy C10

This isn’t a generic billet grille cut to approximately fit an old truck. Scott’s designed this package specifically around the 1967 and 1968 Chevrolet C10 front end, allowing the billet components to complement the factory grille shape and body lines.

That vehicle-specific approach is particularly important on a C10 because the grille is one of the dominant visual elements of the entire truck. The goal wasn’t to erase Chevrolet’s original design—it was to take what made it great and manufacture it at an entirely different level.

Not Cast. Not Stamped. Machined From Solid Billet.

Scott’s C10 grille inserts and headlight bezels are CNC machined from solid 6061 billet aluminum. Unlike thin stamped trim or cast aftermarket components, billet construction allows Scott’s to precisely control the dimensions, contours and surface details of every component.

The result is a substantial, high-end grille assembly with the crisp edges and precision-machined appearance expected on an award-winning custom truck. Every piece is manufactured in-house by Scott’s Hotrods, giving us direct control over machining quality, fit and finish from the first tool path to final inspection.

A Complete Billet Front-End Transformation

Scott’s package goes beyond the center grille area by incorporating matching CNC billet headlight bezels, allowing the entire front-end treatment to share the same materials, machining details and finish.

Rather than combining a premium billet grille with mismatched factory-style headlight trim, the grille and bezels work together as one cohesive design. The result is a much more intentional appearance across the entire width of the truck.

Optional Mesh Backing

Take the custom appearance one step further with optional mesh backing behind the billet grille. The mesh creates additional visual depth behind the machined grille openings while helping conceal the radiator, condenser and other components visible through the front of the truck.

For highly detailed show trucks and builds with a completely finished engine compartment, the mesh backing provides another layer of detail that helps the grille look finished from every angle.

Complete the Look With a Bowtie

For builders who want to retain Chevrolet identity at the center of the grille, an optional Bowtie emblem is available to complete the package.

This gives the truck an unmistakably Chevrolet appearance while maintaining the same premium styling as the rest of the billet grille assembly.

Designed & CNC Machined by Scott’s Hotrods

Scott’s doesn’t simply design the grille and send it somewhere else to be manufactured. The billet components are CNC machined in-house by Scott’s Hotrods in Knoxville, Tennessee, using the same manufacturing capabilities behind our suspension components, chassis components and other custom billet products.

Keeping manufacturing under our roof allows Scott’s to control the machining process, inspect the finished components and maintain the level of quality expected from a premium billet product carrying the Scott’s name.

Give Your ’67-’68 C10 a Front End Worth Looking At

Few parts of a classic truck make a stronger first impression than the grille. On a 1967-1968 Chevy C10, that front-end design is part of what makes the truck instantly recognizable—which is exactly why Scott’s chose to enhance the original styling rather than replace it.

Scott’s Hotrods CNC Billet C10 Grille & Headlight Bezels transform that classic design using solid 6061 billet aluminum, precision CNC machining and matching components engineered specifically for the ’67-’68 C10. Add optional mesh backing and a Bowtie to complete a front-end package capable of becoming one of the defining details of the entire truck.

Whether you’re finishing a high-end restomod, Pro Touring C10, slammed custom or show-winning build, don’t settle for a grille that simply fills the opening. Make the grille one of the reasons people remember the truck.
