Scott’s C10 grille inserts and headlight bezels are CNC machined from solid 6061 billet aluminum. Unlike thin stamped trim or cast aftermarket components, billet construction allows Scott’s to precisely control the dimensions, contours and surface details of every component.

The result is a substantial, high-end grille assembly with the crisp edges and precision-machined appearance expected on an award-winning custom truck. Every piece is manufactured in-house by Scott’s Hotrods, giving us direct control over machining quality, fit and finish from the first tool path to final inspection.

A Complete Billet Front-End Transformation

Scott’s package goes beyond the center grille area by incorporating matching CNC billet headlight bezels, allowing the entire front-end treatment to share the same materials, machining details and finish.

Rather than combining a premium billet grille with mismatched factory-style headlight trim, the grille and bezels work together as one cohesive design. The result is a much more intentional appearance across the entire width of the truck.

Optional Mesh Backing

Take the custom appearance one step further with optional mesh backing behind the billet grille. The mesh creates additional visual depth behind the machined grille openings while helping conceal the radiator, condenser and other components visible through the front of the truck.

For highly detailed show trucks and builds with a completely finished engine compartment, the mesh backing provides another layer of detail that helps the grille look finished from every angle.

Complete the Look With a Bowtie

For builders who want to retain Chevrolet identity at the center of the grille, an optional Bowtie emblem is available to complete the package.
