If you are looking for the MOST complete chassis available for your ’48-’52 Ford F1, you have come to the right place. Each and every chassis is Built-To-Order per the vehicle and customer specs. Coilovers (Casual Cruiser to ProTouring) or Airbags (Lay Frame/Rocker, Adjustable On-The-Fly Ride Height).  All of our chassis are 100% TIG-welded.  The Frame Rails on these F1 Chassis feature 2″x4″ Mandrel Bent Tube sections Front & Rear with a 2″x6″ Tube Center section.  They are tied together with a Dual-Layer 1-1/2″ Round Tube X-member.

Scott’s Hotrods manufactures the most complete chassis on the market for ANY Year/Make/Model vehicle from 1925 to 1987.

Every car project can benefit from replacing the old, worn out and weak stock chassis with a brand new, rigid, American made custom chassis.  Every Scott’s Chassis is fully built from raw materials using our chassis tables and vehicle specific jigs to ensure tighter-than-factory tolerances. 

We engineer chassis for all different types of applications: Street Cruiser, ProStreet, ProTouring, Low Static Ride Height, 100% Stock-Appearing or completely laid out on the ground.  Our SuperSlam Chassis will lay frame 100% front to back.  All of our chassis are set up for your desired ride height, your handling characteristics and your custom track or wheelbase.

All Scott’s chassis feature our IFS & 4-Bar with either Coilovers or Airbags with external shocks and Disc Brakes on all four corners.  We do not offer lesser quality components leaf springs and drums brakes.

We even build complete chassis for Unibody vehicles, giving them the rigidity they so desperately need. The chassis and crossmembers are built to accommodate the full seating area; unlike other chassis manufacturers that use cookie-cutter chassis patterns & components that can cause you to lose some seating room.

Our application specific, custom tubular crossmember, or square tube x-member in some cases, is tailored to the specific application of each customer.

Although the little things can get overlooked by other manufacturers, floor clearance, exhaust clearance and rigidity are essential traits for every custom chassis we build.  We take the extra time to make sure all of the little things are not overlooked.
