Inspection & Warranty Service Policy
At Scott’s Hotrods ‘n Customs, we stand behind the products we manufacture. If you believe your chassis or suspension component has a manufacturing defect or was built incorrectly, we will gladly inspect it and correct any issue that is determined to be the result of our workmanship or manufacturing at no charge.
Returning a Product for Inspection
To properly evaluate a warranty, concern the product must be returned to Scott’s Hotrods ‘n Customs for inspection. Because each chassis is custom-built and many reported issues are ultimately found to be the result of installation, vehicle modifications, component selection, or factors outside of our manufacturing process, we cannot accurately diagnose or authorize warranty repairs without first inspecting the product.
Transportation & Shipping
The customer is responsible for all transportation and shipping costs associated with returning a product to Scott’s Hotrods ‘n Customs for inspection.
If, after inspection, the issue is determined to be the result of a defect in our materials or workmanship, Scott’s Hotrods ‘n Customs will repair or replace the affected component at no charge.
Shipping, freight, labor for removal or reinstallation, vehicle downtime, travel expenses, and/or any incidental or consequential costs are not covered under this policy unless expressly agreed to in writing by Scott’s Hotrods ‘n Customs.
Inspection Results
After inspection, we will provide our findings and discuss the appropriate resolution. If the concern is determined not to be the result of a manufacturing defect or workmanship issue, any requested repairs or modifications may be performed at the customer’s expense upon approval.
Our goal is to resolve every concern fairly and professionally while ensuring every chassis meets the standards that have made Scott’s Hotrods ‘n Customs a trusted name in the industry.
Limitations of Liability
Scott’s Hotrods’ liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product. Scott’s Hotrods is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including vehicle downtime, labor costs, or loss of use.
Final Terms
Scott’s Hotrods reserves the right to modify or discontinue this warranty at any time without notice. The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
By purchasing and installing a Scott’s Hotrods product, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this Limited Lifetime Warranty.
